A structured, play-based gymnastics class for children ages 18 months to 3 years old alongside a parent.
This class focuses on developing coordination, balance, motor skills, confidence, and social interaction through fun movement activities, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate gymnastics exercises. Children will also be introduced to basic gymnastics apparatus including bars, beam, floor, trampolines, and soft play equipment in a safe, structured, and playful environment alongside a parent or caregiver. The class is designed to build body awareness, listening skills, independence, and a love for movement while creating a positive first experience in gymnastics.
Our Recreational Gymnastics program serves as the foundation of your child’s gymnastics journey or a supplement to other sports. At each level, gymnasts develop flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence in their abilities and themselves.
Invitational Competitive Program
Our Competitive Girls Gymnastics Program is designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to advance their skills, train at a higher level, and participate in local and regional gymnastics competitions while developing confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
Designed for gymnasts who love to train and are interested in progressing toward competitive gymnastics in a supportive and positive environment. Athletes train across multiple events while building strength, coordination, flexibility, discipline, and foundational gymnastics skills. This program serves as a developmental pathway toward joining a future competition team and participating in local invitational meets.
An intermediate developmental team designed to prepare gymnasts for the Xcel Competition Team program. Athletes refine advanced gymnastics skills, improve strength and flexibility, learn event routines, and build confidence across all apparatus. This program focuses on creating a strong technical foundation, work ethic, and competitive readiness for future Xcel competition opportunities.
The Xcel Team program offers a flexible and supportive competitive gymnastics experience for athletes who want to compete while progressing at their own pace. Gymnasts train and compete on vault, bars, beam, and floor using customized routines designed around their individual strengths and skill levels. The program promotes confidence, discipline, teamwork, and long-term athlete development while allowing for a healthy balance between gymnastics, school, and family life.

A developmental team program for gymnasts preparing for the Junior Olympic (JO) Competition Team pathway. Athletes focus on building strong fundamentals, learning competitive routines, improving strength and flexibility, and developing the discipline and technical skills required for JO-level gymnastics. This program is designed to prepare dedicated gymnasts for future participation in Junior Olympic competitions.
Competes in USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic (JO) levels and competitive meets. Gymnasts train advanced skills, routines, strength, flexibility, and event technique with the goal of progressing through the JO levels and achieving success at the state, regional, and national levels. The program emphasizes discipline, consistency, teamwork, and long-term athlete development in a competitive team environment.
The main difference between the USA Gymnastics Xcel and Junior Olympic (JO) programs is the structure, intensity, and level of commitment.
The JO Program is more traditional, structured, and highly competitive. Gymnasts progress through Levels 1–10 with strict skill requirements and, in the compulsory levels, every gymnast performs the exact same routines. JO typically requires more training hours, higher technical standards, and is designed for athletes pursuing advanced competitive gymnastics, college gymnastics, or elite-level development.
The Xcel Program is designed to be more flexible and athlete-friendly. Gymnasts still compete on vault, bars, beam, and floor, but routines are customized to the athlete’s strengths and skill level. Xcel generally allows for fewer training hours and a more balanced schedule while still providing a competitive team experience.
